          1. If applicants are fishermen who exercise their office in Jamaica, permission is required in writing by the competent Jamaican authority authorizing such activity (note shall include: number of people to enter with their corresponding names and passport numbers, etc.) .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. To authorize visas for minors,in addition to the documents required for adults you must also present: birth certificate of a child, photocopy of the identities of parents and permit duly authenticated by a lawyer (can be the same as of migration) present, only make a copy of the same.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                \n
              1. The visas are granted are tourist, one (1) entry usable for three (3) months.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    1. Complete and submit form “visa application” (J Form)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      1. Two (2) passport sized photographs of the person traveling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        1. Deposit us$20.00 (in US dollars) in the DAVIVIENDA bank, account number 1010966195 in the name of Eduardo Kafie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          1. The visa process are: maximum two (2) working days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            1. Consulate Hours:<\/strong> Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 to 5:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
